Chelsea and James were in the Bay visiting from Texas and wanted a shoot to commemorate their time here, and James’ first time seeing the area. We met at Muir Beach for sunset and I brought a pack of Anchor Steam beer for them to share. They were such good sports, agreeing to all my whims. I had them trudge over rocks barefoot, Chelsea’s dress got wet immediately, and we climbed up the hill chasing the sun to lay on the grass. We continued to shoot into blue hour, my favorite time just as the sun dips behind the horizon. We left super wet and sandy, a sign of a good shoot if you ask me.
